I ordered a pair of pearl studs with plenty of time before Christmas. They arrived much later than projected - I know there were shipping delays - but at that point I made other arrangements. When the earrings arrived not only were they later than I hoped, but damaged. The posts on both studs were bent and the pearl itself has damage. Not what I would expect for $100. Additionally, I've called to register my complaints and staff has allowed me to leave messages. However, I have not been able to speak with a representative about my experience.

I acknowledge that it is the holiday season, but if that meant I should expect an extended wait time for response, communicating that would be preferable to directing me to leave multiple messages.

I am still hoping to speak with someone to resolve the situation.

They are perfection!!

I sent two bracelets to be repaired and never heard back . Then called to order two new ones and was told I had credit .Then was told would receive two new bracelets ( didn’t receive) so called again to order my two bracelets and finally paid for them and received.( Still need my two I sent to her repaired)!!

The petite stud earrings are made from beautiful quality pearls, are the perfect size, and look great on! They match well with all other Wendy pieces.

The earring backs do not feel secure.

I have these and when my niece saw them she loved them.
So, we decided to Geiger her a pair for her graduation. It's not till next week, but she will Love them.
