Love my Pearl studs ! They arrived very fast ...definitely will oder from Wendy Mignot again ! Have in the past aswell , always lovely pieces ... one tiny piece of info , U might want to include backings on some of the larger Pearl east rings so they sit up on the earlobe instead of dropping downward ... thank U

I called your customer service # twice & held each time for over 30 min. & also sent an email but have heard nothing from your customer service department. I can't wear the earrings because the backs don't have a disk to support the weight of the studs & they sag & will slip off - they did exactly that when I wore them in my house. I'm trying to get the message to you to send a proper back so I can wear them. I love your designs & now have 3 of your pieces & would rate you a 5 if you'd send a back that works with the Freshwater Saint Martin White Stud.

Earrings and Necklaces

These earrings are way too large and heavy. They hang too low, dragging my ear lobes down and it's not a good look. I can not wear these. I was told I could get a refund but I do not see that option on the RMA. Was I told the wrong information when I called yesterday?

I've also emailed twice regarding leather cording size for your necklaces but have not received a response either time. Some of my necklaces have thicker cording which I prefer, but the last necklace I ordered has very thin cording and does not look as substantial. I will admit I'm not real happy with the customer service, which will cause me to stop purchasing from you.

To return these earrings, I am losing $20.00 between the shipping costs to me and then back to you. This will also not encourage me to continue purchasing from you, which is very disappointing. I love most of your products, but your customer service needs improvement.
