All Wendy's jewelry are great! But I want to take this opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with your customer service. People on the phone aware rude and cannot even answer questions.
This should improve or you are going to lose lots of customers because of this.
I have had problems with customer service every time I have called. And it has been like 7 times in 6 months - that is a lot!
Please improve customer service. People who answer the phone are NOT NICE, NOR CORDIAL... They are more like rude. And they have always to ask someone else to call you back because they CANNOT DEAL with anything.
This is very frustrating and hopefully this is not another review that goes to trash.
