I ordered a pair of 300$ stud earrings from this company. When I received them. They were rolling around in the box. They were ding up and scratched up, and totally different colors. The customer service the worst I have ever seen. After leaving u on hold for almost 20 minutes they come back on to tell u they will call u back tomorrow and they never did. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. WHO WOULD SEND 300$ earrings rolling around loose in a box and then not talk to u when I call to complain? It is unbelievable! Horrible I give them 0 stars for 0 satisfaction. They do not care about u once they get your money

Ordered this for my wife and I think she was disappointed a bit with the size of the pearl. Expected a bigger size and darker Tahitian pearl. Understand that they vary in size and color it’s still a great looking necklace.
