Unhappy with size/shape match

The quality of the Tahitians used in the ring was not as high as my other Tahitian pieces. I did reach out and received a quick reply which I appreciated however there was only 1 option available in the darker pearl ring and the size and shape match did not appeal to me. I realize with a natural product there will be variations but at this price point, usually this brand exceeds expectations rather than being inferior
